TRAINME HELP & SUPPORT
HELP CENTER
TrainMe guides you through a structured training path. Depending on your placement, you complete lessons, speaking practice, recordings, trainer-reviewed tasks, and progress checkpoints. Follow the course in order because later activities may depend on evidence saved in earlier days.
Your assessment helps determine the most suitable starting path. You may be directed to teacher training or to English Improvement first. If trainer review is required, TrainMe will show that status instead of asking you to guess what to do next.
Core contains the work required to complete the day. Intense keeps the same course direction but adds more practice and repetition. Intense activities strengthen the challenge; they do not replace the required Core missions.
Return to the next unfinished day and continue from there. The course is designed around consistency, but missing one day does not mean restarting the program. Avoid skipping unfinished required work simply to reach a later lesson.
A lesson can remain locked when the required previous work has not been successfully saved or completed. Finish the required Core tasks on the current day first. If the page already says the day is complete but the next lesson is still locked, send Support the lesson name so the saved progress can be checked.
Important TrainMe actions should show a visible saved, submitted, complete, or success state. Completed English Improvement days switch to review-only mode. If an important action gives no confirmation, do not repeat it many times; open Support and tell us what you clicked and which page you were on.
Completed daily work is normally locked in review-only mode so your original evidence is preserved. You can look back at the day, but TrainMe prevents accidental changes to completed answers and recordings.
Use a current Chrome, Edge, or Safari browser and allow both camera and microphone permissions for TrainMe. If you previously blocked permission, open your browser's site permissions, allow Camera and Microphone, then reload the lesson. Close other apps that may already be using the camera if the problem continues.
First confirm that camera permission is allowed and that another app is not using the webcam. Reload the lesson and test again. TrainMe recording activities that use the camera are designed to show your live self-view during recording. If the saved recording works but the live preview stays black, report the browser, device, and lesson to Support.
When the activity provides a new-take or discard option, you can replace the current take before final completion. Once the day or submission is completed and locked, the saved evidence may no longer be editable unless the trainer specifically requests a revision.
No. TrainMe records in a browser-supported format and stores the evidence for you. You should not need to manually convert a normal in-course recording before completing the activity.
When payment is required, TrainMe shows the currently configured payment methods and instructions. Submit the requested payment details and receipt, then wait for an administrator to verify the payment against the real GCash or bank transaction before access is approved.
A submitted receipt is supporting evidence, but an administrator still needs to confirm the actual transaction. Pending means the payment has not yet been approved or rejected. If you entered the wrong reference or sender information, send Support the details instead of submitting repeated payments.
Check the administrator note first. A rejection can mean the transaction could not be verified or the submitted details did not match. If anything is unclear, open a Payment support conversation and include the reference number without posting sensitive banking passwords or PINs.
Some English Improvement weeks pair you with another learner for scheduled speaking practice. TrainMe uses the assigned buddy and meeting information for the required buddy activities. Follow the topic card or activity instructions for that day rather than turning the call into a prepared speech.
If you have reached a buddy activity and no buddy or meeting information appears, open Support and choose Buddy & training. Include the day you are trying to complete. Do not invent a buddy name or skip required buddy evidence.
Trainer-reviewed assignments and assessments display their current status and feedback in the relevant TrainMe area. If a revision is requested, return to that submission and follow the trainer's note before resubmitting.
Make sure you are using the same email address you registered with and that your browser accepts the TrainMe sign-in session. Try reloading once, then sign in again. If the problem continues, use the Help Center first; account-specific support conversations require a signed-in session so we can safely identify the correct trainee record.
Reload the page once and check that your internet connection is stable. Avoid repeatedly pressing save or submit while a request is still processing. If the same page keeps hanging, tell Support the page, device, browser, and what you clicked immediately before the problem happened.
No. The Support area is a conversation inbox, not a promise that an administrator is online every minute. Send one clear message and keep replies in the same thread. The thread status changes when Support replies or resolves the issue.
