PAYMENT TERMS
TrainMe uses manual payment verification for paid course access. Please review this policy before sending payment.
Payment covers the specific TrainMe access, programme, or service described on the payment page or confirmed by TrainMe. For TrainMe PRO, the one-time payment unlocks lifetime access to the English Learning Paths (currently the 34-Day Speaking Training, Business English, the Rewrite Lab, Power Words and the practice game paths, plus future non-coached English paths) once the payment is confirmed. The ESL Teacher Training Paths (Teacher Training, the Pronunciation Room and Pronunciation Room 2) are not part of PRO and are unlocked by request: if TrainMe asks for a fee, the one-time amount shown on the official payment request in your request conversation unlocks that path for your account once PayMongo confirms the payment.
TrainMe may accept GCash, bank transfer, or other methods displayed on the payment page. Send payment only to the account details shown by TrainMe. Never send your PIN, OTP, password, or online-banking login information. Online payments (TrainMe PRO and path unlocks) are made only through PayMongo’s secure checkout, opened from a Pay button inside your TrainMe account. TrainMe will never ask you to send money to a personal GCash or Maya number, or through Facebook, text or email.
Submitting a reference number or receipt does not automatically activate access. TrainMe verifies the transaction against the receiving account. Access remains locked while verification is pending.
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable for reasons including change of mind, schedule changes, failure to complete the course, lack of participation, missed lessons or calls, device/internet limitations on the learner’s side, dissatisfaction after access has been delivered, or a decision not to continue.
If the submitted proof cannot be matched to an actual transaction, TrainMe may reject the submission and request corrected evidence. False, altered, reused, or fraudulent payment evidence may result in account restriction or termination.
If you believe you sent the same payment twice or transferred an incorrect amount, contact Help & Support as soon as possible with the transaction details. TrainMe will review the payment record. Any correction or return will be handled only when appropriate and legally permitted; this does not change the general no-refund rule for valid course purchases.
Prices, founding-member offers, promotional rates, or limited offers may change for future purchases. Once TrainMe verifies a valid payment, the access tied to that payment follows the terms shown at the time of purchase.
