TRAINME TERMS
These terms explain the rules for using TrainMe accounts, courses, assessments, recordings, payments, and trainer-supported services.
By creating an account, accessing TrainMe, purchasing paid access, or submitting course work, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Payment & No-Refund Policy, and the Recording & Privacy explanation.
You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your password, and using your own account. Do not share accounts, impersonate another person, or allow another person to complete assessments, recordings, reports, or required training on your behalf.
TrainMe may use timers, sequential gates, one-attempt rules, recording evidence, viewing-time checks, tab-switch controls, trainer review, and other reasonable integrity measures. Circumventing these controls, copying answers, submitting work you did not complete, or misrepresenting evidence may result in invalidated work, locked progression, or account action.
TrainMe provides English-development and online-teacher-training services. Completion does not guarantee a particular language score, job, hiring result, income level, client booking, certification acceptance, or professional outcome. Results depend on participation, ability, practice, trainer evaluation, and external factors.
Course access may depend on readiness results, enrollment status, payment verification, lesson completion, trainer review, programme availability, or other published requirements. Some features may be added, changed, paused, or retired as TrainMe improves the platform.
Some activities require audio/video recording or written submission. These may be reviewed by authorized trainers or administrators for assessment, learning evidence, progress comparison, quality control, or feedback. Public promotional use is separate and requires permission.
Paid access is activated after TrainMe verifies payment. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, all payments are final and non-refundable. Payment evidence that cannot be verified may be rejected. See the Payment & No-Refund Policy for details.
Read Payment & No-Refund Policy →TrainMe lessons, instructions, course structures, assessments, materials, interfaces, graphics, original recordings, and training content are provided for your personal learning use unless TrainMe explicitly says otherwise. Do not resell, republish, scrape, copy in bulk, distribute, or use TrainMe content to create a competing course or product without permission.
Do not attack, probe, overload, bypass, reverse-engineer, misuse, or interfere with the service; upload malicious files; harass other users; misuse buddy/coaching features; or attempt to gain access to another user’s account or data.
TrainMe aims to keep the platform available and reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, browser/device limitations, third-party service incidents, internet problems, security responses, or course updates may temporarily affect availability.
TrainMe may restrict or end access for serious or repeated violations of these terms, payment fraud, account abuse, security risk, harassment, or training-integrity violations. Where practical, TrainMe may first provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Questions about these Terms can be sent through Help & Support. TrainMe may update these Terms as the platform changes; material updates will be reflected by a new effective date.
